COOKIE POLICY

Last updated: 25 July 2026

1. What this Policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how The Facade Collective OÜ, trading as Fools for Façades® (“FFF”), uses cookies and similar technologies on www.foolsforfacades.com.

Cookies are small text files stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, scripts and software-development-kit identifiers. They may enable a website to function, remember preferences, measure usage or connect with third-party services.

2. Categories of technologies we use
Strictly necessary technologies
These technologies are required for core website functions such as security, network management, account authentication, shopping-cart operation, checkout, fraud prevention, payment routing, consent-preference storage and digital-access control. Where permitted by law, they operate without consent because the service cannot function properly without them.

Preference technologies
These remember choices such as language, region, display settings or account preferences. Depending on their function and applicable law, they may require consent.

Analytics technologies
These help us understand visits, page performance, referral sources, campaign activity and errors. Google Analytics and any other non-essential analytics tools are disabled until consent where consent is required.

Marketing and social-media technologies
These may be used by social-media, advertising or embedded-content providers to measure campaigns, personalise content or track activity across services. They are activated only after consent where required.

3. Consent and preference management
When you first visit the website, the consent banner allows you to accept all non-essential technologies, reject them or make a granular choice. Rejecting non-essential technologies should be as easy as accepting them.

Your selection is stored for a limited period so that the website can remember it. You can withdraw or change consent at any time using the “Cookie Settings” control in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

No analytics, marketing, profiling or non-essential embedded-content technology should be activated before consent where consent is legally required.

4. Current providers and live cookie inventory
The production website is expected to use:
- Webflow for website hosting and CMS functions;
- CartGenie for commerce and shopping-cart functions;
- Stripe for payment processing, authentication and fraud prevention;
- Google Analytics for consent-based website analytics;
- social-media or embedded-media providers where content is embedded or campaign measurement is enabled.

The authoritative current inventory of cookies and similar technologies, including the exact name, provider, purpose, category, duration and first- or third-party status, is displayed in the website’s Cookie Settings interface. The inventory must be updated after a production scan and whenever the website’s technology stack changes.

5. Third-party content
Articles and pages may include embedded video, social posts, maps or other third-party content. Those providers may set technologies or receive technical information when the content loads. Where required, embedded content remains blocked until consent is provided. The provider’s own privacy and cookie policies apply to its processing.

6. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent account, cart, payment or digital-access functions from working. Browser controls do not always prevent non-cookie technologies, so the website’s Cookie Settings control should be used as well.

7. Updates
We may update this Policy when the website, vendors or legal requirements change. We will update the date at the top of the page. The cookie inventory should be reviewed whenever a new service, embed, analytics tool or campaign technology is added and at regular intervals.

8. Contact
Questions about cookies and tracking can be sent to s.mighali@foolsforfacades.com. Further information about our processing of personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
