A consumer resident in Estonia may, after first submitting a complaint to us and allowing the applicable response period, apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee, an independent body operating within the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. The Committee’s competence and procedural requirements apply as set out by Estonian law. Consumers resident elsewhere may seek advice from their local European Consumer Centre or use another competent consumer-protection or alternative-dispute-resolution body with jurisdiction.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is not referenced on this website.
